About Project

General Construction services were provided for the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority on campus at MSU. The 14-month project was carefully planned and completed in two phases to accommodate the ZTA residents. The first phase consisted of extensive renovations to the first floor, which houses the main dining room, living room, and kitchen. The second phase was a new two-story addition which included a chapter room, elevator, study and lounge areas, laundry, and bedrooms, providing the residents with 19,500 sf of interior living space. Exterior design included two covered porches, new entrance walkways and ramp, and a covered connector bridge wrapping the outer sides of a new spacious courtyard, providing an enclosed walkway between the new and existing second floors. The exterior finishes included EIFS, French windows, architectural shingles, and metal panel roofs at the porches. Hanover pavers, lanterns, and well-appointed landscaping added the finishing touches to this stately house.
