About Project

General construction services were provided to MS Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center to open a new Performance Sports facility in Flowood. The project consisted of converting a vacant 10,000 sf storage building into a brand new space for offering physical therapy and cross-fit training services. The exterior of the building was completely remodeled with EIFS over the metal wall panels on three sides and a new structural steel wall requiring helical piers for the new front. The front design, with aluminum composite metal wall panels, aluminum storefront, and a trapezoidal canopy, complements the architectural features of the new MSMOC Surgical Center and Clinic next door which this facility will be connected to. All interior and exterior renovations including new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were completed within 7 months.
