This Public/Private Partnership hired Copeland & Johns, Inc to serve as their construction manager at risk for The Mill at MSU. The Class A office space, which features exposed wood beams and columns, open spaces, and abundant natural light, will house the nSPARC operations team for MSU. The project also included the new construction of a 4-story Marriott Courtyard Hotel and a 3-story parking deck, Serving as CMR, we assisted in the pre-construction with the design team, developer, city, university, and other stakeholders to ensure we could stretch the public dollars for this structure.
