About Project
This fast track design building project consisted of the interior redesign/renovation and exterior improvements of an existing 1960’s fraternity house on the campus of MSU. The design, estimating, and procurement team worked in unison to meet the challenging project schedule. Through seamless integration of design, cost management, regulatory/permitting requirements, and procurement this project was designed and delivered in five months. The key goal of this project was to improve the exterior function of the property, restore timeless design elements, and improve the living/learning environment for current/future generations. Open communication between project stakeholders and detailed preconstruction scheduling were critical to meeting the client’s needs.
