General construction services were provided for a premier automotive dealership client based in Texas to construct two facilities simultaneously in Madison County. Located on 12 acres along the I-55 corridor, the joint site includes beautifully landscaped sales lots with concrete drives, asphalt paving, MDOT approved fencing, and elevated car display platforms. The facility contains 6,000 SF of showroom, sales offices, conference rooms, and customer areas that are second to none, as well as 14,258 SF of Service area, complete with service offices, shop, wash bay, and state of the art automotive mechanical equipment, and a 1,213 SF drive thru canopy. Amminities such as waiting rooms with refreshment bars and televisions, children’s play area, employee breakroom, locker room for service technicians, and elevated sales platforms offer comfortable and functional spaces in an impressive atmosphere created by interior finishes such as granite countertops, ceramic flooring, and aluminum storefront, The brand-specific exterior façade of the Chevrolet facility is comprised of EIFS, “Chevy Blue” brushed aluminum composite wall panels, stainless steel, glass curtainwall, and pre-fabricated metal soffit panels.
