Construction Management At-Risk services were provided for this private owner on the campus of Mississippi State University. This 12-month project was planned out early to ensure that the Tri Delta tenants would not be interrupted throughout the spring and fall semesters. Provisions were made for a temporary meeting facility, so the existing social wing could be torn down and new social and dining wings could be constructed. During the Christmas break part of the dorm facility was renovated, with the remaining existing building work completed July 2016. The success of this project was based on working in partnership with the house corporation, engineers, architects, and tenants. The preconstruction services were vitally important to the success along with coordinating the schedule on an existing SEC Campus.
