Design Build services were provided for a consolidation of multiple locations for Comcast, the largest cable television operator in the United States. This renovated facility is used to house many facets of Comcast central Mississippi and Louisiana’s operations including corporate executive offices, two customer support call centers, payment center, technical support center, Comcast Spotlight studio, and supporting offices and warehouse. The project was completed by working in partnership with the landlord and Comcast, including coordination with Comcast corporate and associated professionals. Phase II of the project was to convert 32,000 sq ft of warehouse space to another state of the art customer call center to expand customer support for other various locations within Comcast service area.
