Construction Management At-Risk services were provided for this private owner on campus at MSU. The 12-month project was planned out early, to ensure that the Chi Omega tenants would not be interrupted throughout the spring and fall semesters. During the summer, in 84 days, we completely renovated the existing 22,000 sq ft facility. Then we added 28,000 sq ft of new construction which included a new chapter room, 3 stop elevator, full service kitchen, serving room, dining room, & exterior courtyard. This project was a success by working in partnership with the house corporation, engineers, architects, and all 62 tenants. Tenant coordination and the University’s requirements were properly planned and built to suit each of their needs and timeframe.
