General Construction services were provided for another repeat business client at Mississippi State University. This existing student housing facility, formerly Sigma Phi Epsilon, was completely remodeled to accommodate a new tenant, Alpha Delta Pi. Local tenant coordination and the national landlord’s requirements were properly planned and coordinated in the summer months, for fall semester occupancy. Currently, this facility houses 48 women who call the newly remodeled residence home.
